Digital Programs & Online Products
Due to the digital nature of online fitness programs, downloadable PDFs, and video content, all sales are final.
Once a program has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Virtual Coaching Services
Payments for virtual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
In-Home Personal Training Sessions
For in-home training:

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of that session.

No-shows are non-refundable.
Packages (if offered) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a later start date at the discretion of Lindsey Rae Fitness.

If you experience technical difficulty accessing your purchased materials, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive access to your purchase.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or billing error.
